CULTURAL COMPETENCY

GOAL:

Our goal is to increase Hispanic cultural intelligence by providing data driven training, strategies and resources that build latino capacity in organizations

Hispanic Cultural Competency is especially important today, with over 40% of the population in North Texas being Hispanic. Hispanics currently makeup 16% of the overall US labor market and will account for 1 out of every 2 new workers entering the workforce by 2025.

North Texas can’t afford not to be culturally competent when it comes to recruiting, retaining, and maintaining Hispanic talent and clients.
