ABOUT THE INITIATIVE
An invitation, 45 years in the making.
In celebration of The Concilio's 45th anniversary, and in partnership with Latino Leaders Magazine, we are launching the inaugural Texas Latino Legacy Awards to honor Texas Latino leaders whose work has profoundly shaped our state.
“For 45 years, The Concilio has walked alongside Latino families across Texas. None of that progress was possible alone. Every step forward was made possible by Latino leaders who built the institutions, opened the doors, and lit the path before us.
This recognition is not about resumes. It is about leaders whose work has made Texas more whole. They live and lead in every corner of the state. They are Texans who happen to be Latino, and the story of Texas is incomplete without them in it.”
