In late 2023, we began the process of renewing these statements through thoughtful collaboration with families, staff, community leaders, and partners, ensuring our mission and vision remain as strong and relevant as ever.
New mission statement: “Our mission is to drive transformative change through research, innovation, and solutions that strengthen families and communities.”
New vision statement: “Our vision is to pioneer pathways where Latinos redefine excellence, achieve economic mobility, and inspire generations to succeed.”
These new statements reflect the ongoing work we’ve been doing and build on the progress we’ve made. But they also look toward the future, where we can make an even bigger impact on the lives of Latinos and the broader community in North Texas.
